This method works
It is surprising how doing something physical can change your mind.
This works for me, it should work for you as well:
Everytime you get those weird, nasty, terrible thoughts, get down to the ground and do 14 pushups.
Example: When you want to nut? Uhmm lol, get down and do 14 pushups or more. When you want to scroll on Youtube Shorts (cuz I can't find a reliable way to hide shorts on phone) get down, 14 pushups.
Try it once, you will feel the change. I am telling this because I did it a moment before writing this.
It works, Get your life right.
Atleast you will get a big wide muscular chest. That is good enough.
