I had my fuck-it-moment (FIM)

Is life trying to bitch slap you in the face? You relapsed again after 2 week, you did not work out enough, you played video games for 10 minutes, you acted like a bitch, watching bs youtube shorts. A slap in the face boom. This is called a FUCK-IT-MOMENT.

I am acknowledging this openly, this happened to me yesterday, relapse, insufficient workout, playing games in the name of my brother, acting like a bitch, watching shorts. That is my fuck-it-moment.

If you had one you should read this:

Are you a bitch? Will you stop when life slaps you in the face. NO, if you are a man you should not. Consider this as a wake up call from God. Get on track.

Did you forget why you started in the first place? Remind yourself every single day that you are going to make it, do that gorilla punch on you chest everyday before the mirror with some positive self-talk.

It will take you HOURS and tremendous amount of hard WORK to achieve a goal. Use your ball-power (😂) bro.

"I am going to do this, I will achieve X goal, nothing can stop me! Boom Boom Boom"
